Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours after payment has been received
Standard shipping is between 3 and 5 business days
Expedited shipping is between 1 to 2 days in TEXAS and 2 to 3 days outside of TEXAS
Free standard shipping on orders $150 and over
Local pickup is available in Cedar Park, TEXAS

Same day pickup available for most orders if placed before 2pm
Notifications will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please provide order confirmation number at the time of pickup
International shipping rates will vary depending package size and weight. Beauty Haus LLC is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left for delivery. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. Please be aware that if customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE:
Beauty Haus LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as the order is processed. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. Once your package is shipped, Beauty Haus LLC is not liable for lost packages.
If your items are being shipped to a business, please include the business suite number, name of the business as well as the name of the recipient at the business in your order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping address and contact information. Beauty Haus LLC will not be responsible for any orders that have been confirmed delivered by USPS. In the event that your package was marked delivered but you have not received it, you will need to file a claim with USPS.
If you've placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that once an order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.
