In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, we're strongly urging all clients, and employees included, to stay home if you experience any of the following symptoms:

  • cough

  • sore throat

  • chills

  • loss of taste or smell

  • fever

  • difficulty breathing


All clients that have traveled to any areas that have been declared a hotspot by the CDC/WHO, whether it is within the US or internationally, please follow the CDC guidelines to self quarantine for the appropriate amount of time. As everyone is adjusting to this new normal, here at Beauty Haus we are met with the same challenges. You can expect your lash appointments going forward to deviate from what they used to be. With your help, we can safely minimize the spread of COVID19 all the while bringing you beautiful lashes and brows to make sure you look your best during this pandemic.


Prior to each of your appointment, you will be required to fill out the COVID19 Liability Release Form (click here). This form will arrive in your appointment email reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please fill out this form no more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you happen to fill out this form before the 24 hour window, we will request you to fill out another one right before your appointment.


Please be advised we will not allow anyone to wait in our lobby. Once you have arrived for you appointment, remain in your car and call us to check in at 512-986-7667. We will let you know once your artist is ready to see you.


To minimize the spread of COVID19 and help you get the best out of your appointment:








We will also begin to initiate contactless check out. A credit card is required on file for all appointments. After your appointment, we will charge your card for the service rendered. Please inform our receptionist if you’d like for a tip to be added for your artist.


Clients are required to wear masks when entering our facility. If you do not have a mask on, you may purchase a disposable one from us for $3.

Blanket services are discontinued at our salon. If you'd like, you can bring a light jacket or small personal blanket to your appointment as our facility can get a little chilly at times. 




We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Our prices are subject to change at anytime.

All client forms can be found on our website under the 'SERVICES' tab in the section labeled 'FORMS'.


In the event of an allergic reaction or if a client is not satisfied with the end result of a service, we will work with you to find a solution. However, we will not offer any refund for services rendered.


Deposits are required for appointment reservations/confirmations. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are applied to your final service fee. Appointments will be cancelled if deposits are not secured 48 hours before scheduled date/time.


Permanent make up deposit/fees:

New procedures/color refresh deposit: $100 (will be deducted from final service fee)

Touch up deposit: $25

Existing tattoo correction fee: $100 (in addition to final service fee)

Permanent Makeup Cancellation/Rescheduling: Your time is very valuable to us and we ask for you to extend the same courtesy. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to be given to us should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit is forfeited if you do not cancel 48 hours before your reservation or in the event of a no-show.



Lash extension deposit/fees:

Full set deposit: $50 (will be deducted from final service fee)

Lash refills late cancellation/no show fee: $30

Foreign refill fee: $20 (in addition to final service fee)


All clients, new or existing, coming to us with lashes from another artist will need to book 'NEW/EXISTING CLIENT: 90m FOREIGN REFILL'. This is to ensure that we will have enough time to work over the existing work that you're coming in with, as we are unsure of the state of your current lashes. Our refill policy require clients to maintain 50% extensions remaining for it to be considered a refill. Anything less than a reasonable amount will require a full set. 

Lash Cancellation/Rescheduling: Your time is very valuable to us and we ask for you to extend the same courtesy. We kindly ask for a 24 hours notice to be given to us should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit is forfeited if you do not cancel 24 hours before your reservation or in the event of a no-show.


New Lash Clients: If you have sensitivity to cosmetics, have had sensitivity to eyelash adhesive in the past, or are new to eyelash extensions, a patch test is recommended. Please call us to schedule this appointment as this will be a separate appointment and has to be done at least a week in advance.


Lash appointment requests for clients age 16 and under require parent or guardian signature on intake form.

Eyelash Extension Policy/FAQs

Allergic Reactions

Although rare, allergic reactions can develop at any time. If a client is experiencing an allergic reaction due to the lash extensions, a removal service, free of charge, is offered as long as it is within 48 hours of the initial application (after 48 hours, normal removal fees will apply). The initial service will not be refunded. If you have any concern, a patch test is highly recommended several days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please call to schedule.

Eyelash Extension Refills

We recommend our returning clients to schedule their refills within 2-4 weeks from their last application. Maintaining a minimum of 50% eyelash extension from your last application is recommend for a refill. Any clients with less than a reasonable amount will result in a new set.

If you are a client coming from another salon wanting to have your lashes filled with The Beauty Haus, a consultation is recommended for us to examine the integrity of your natural lashes to determine if we can proceed with a refill.

Foreign Refills

We accept clients with existing eyelash extensions done by another artist. When you come to us for your refill with lashes done by another artist, this is considered a foreign refill. There will be an additional $20 fee in addition to the price of the refill. The same rule applies to all foreign refills, you must have 50% eyelash extensions remaining for a refill. Anything less will result in a new set. All foreign refill clients are recommended to book 'NEW CLIENT: 90m FOREIGN REFILL'.


If you arrive late to your appointment, we can still accommodate you, however, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time and you will be expected to pay in full for the scheduled service. Should you wish to reschedule due to your late arrival, our cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect and you will be liable for any fees associated.

Semi-Permanent Makeup Policy/FAQs

Allergic Reactions

It is recommended that any clients who easily encounters allergic reactions to request a patch test appointment at least one week prior to service. However, the results are not viewed by a medical professional unless you make an arrangement to do so with your own practitioner. Please understand that a nonreactive skin test does not prevent an allergic reaction occurring at a future point in time.

No Visitors

Please be advised that visitors will not be allowed in the room during the tattooing service. Due to health department regulations and for the safety our clients and technicians, we can not allow any other persons beside the client and the technician to be in the room during the procedure. Thank you for your understanding.

Touch Ups/Color Refresh

Touch ups are offered to our clients starting at 6 weeks after the initial appointment and no longer than 10 weeks after the initial appointment. Color refresh services are available if a color boost is needed for existing permanent makeup clients. Touch up and color refresh pricing are only reserved for our existing permanent cosmetic clients.


If you are more than 20 minutes late, The Beauty Haus reserves the right to cancel your appointment. Due to this last minute cancellation, you will be responsible for the fees associated in our cancellation/rescheduling policy.
