Permanent Makeup
Our lash extensions focus on structure, comfort, and long-lasting retention. From classic to mega-volume, each set is customized to complement your natural features for a lightweight, polished finish.
Nail Enhancements
Our nail enhancements focus on clean structure, strength, and lasting wear. Gel-based manicures and structured enhancements are customized to maintain a natural, lightweight feel with a polished, refined finish.

REFILL POLICY
Foreign refills are welcome.
If your current set was applied by another artist or salon, your first appointment with us must be booked as a 90-minute refill to allow additional time for assessment, correction, and application. A $30 foreign refill fee applies to the first visit.
To qualify as a refill, at least 50% of the extensions must remain. If less than 50% remains, the appointment will be charged as a full set.

EYEBROWS
Ombre Brows $550
Soft, powdered brows with a gradual front-to-tail gradient for a soft, natural-looking healed result.
Fusion Brows $625
A combination of fine hairstrokes and soft shading for added dimension and a more defined, natural-looking brow.
Hairstrokes $650
Fine, hair-like strokes designed to create a natural, textured brow appearance.
Brow Correction $625
Correction of existing permanent makeup when suitable for the desired result. Existing PMU must be reviewed and approved by the artist prior to booking.
6 Week Touch Up* $150
Eyebrow Annual Color Refresh $295 - $400
*The 6-week touch-up is reserved exclusively for new brow clients completing their initial two-session treatment. This is not an annual or maintenance service. Ongoing color refresh appointments are priced separately and are reserved for existing Beauty Haus PMU clients.

Soft, natural-looking color designed to enhance the lips, define the shape, and create a more balanced appearance.
Dark Lip Neutralization $550
A corrective lip treatment designed to neutralize unwanted darkness and gradually create a more even, balanced lip tone.

APPROVAL PROCESS
Clear, well-lit photos of the treatment area must be submitted for evaluation. Eligibility and service selection will be confirmed by the artist prior to booking.
Once approved, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment.

NAIL SERVICES
Specializing in Russian e-file manicures, structured builder and hard gel, and clean, polished finishes. Every service includes detailed dry cuticle work and precise shaping for beautifully refined nails.

Russian Manicure + Gel Polish $65
Detailed dry manicure, precision cuticle work, shaping and gel color. No structured overlay.
Russian Structured Gel Manicure $95
Russian e-file manicure with your choice of builder or hard gel for added structure, strength and durability.
Russian Structured Gel + Tip Extensions — $115+
Detailed Russian e-file manicure with structured builder or hard gel and full-cover tip extensions for added length. Includes precise shaping and gel color. Tip extensions are offered in short to moderate lengths only. Longer lengths are not offered.

BOOKING POLICY
Permanent Makeup Deposit
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure all PMU services.
This deposit is applied as:
• $50 toward your initial session
• $50 reserved for your required touch-up session
The required touch-up must be completed within the timeframe below to qualify for touch-up pricing:

Eyelash Extensions Deposit
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for all lash full sets and foreign refills.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
• A $40 late cancellation/no-show fee will apply in addition to forfeited deposits.
Deposits may be transferred up to two (2) times to a future appointment for the same or another Beauty Haus service. To reschedule, email info@beautyhaus.co
Late Policy
• Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
• If rescheduled due to tardiness, the deposit is forfeited and late cancellation fee applies.
• If you proceed late, full service pricing still applies even if service time is shortened.
Refund Policy
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• All services rendered are final and non-refundable
